IED Industrianlagen & Engineering GmbH was founded in 1987 in Cologne. Today it is located in Frechen.

Operator of water purification, wastewater treatment and sludge treatment plants are facing more and more strict requirements by environmental protection legislation. This means the same strict requirements on our plants are systems. With our many years of experience in development, designing and installation of municipal sewage treatment plants, IED GmbH, and its partners stand for economical and state-of-the-art systems and technologies.

We work in close cooperation with plant operators, plant manufacturers and engineering consultancy firms. From the very beginning, we were focused on mechanical pre-treatment, physical and chemical pre-treatment, equipment of sedimentation tanks and treatment of sludge.
